Dee Lincoln’s is an avant garde concept showcasing excellent food, wine, champagne and cocktails.  Guests compliment the energetic, sexy vibe and European feel. It has also been described as a hot spot in Vegas or New York however delivered in a hospitable manner. Food is offered late hours which is an appealing amenity.
 
A beautiful spiral glass staircase leads guests to an option for dining with chef-driven foods or entertaining in private rooms for 10 to 100 where private party menus are available.
 
Guests can enjoy lighter fare such as tuna sashimi, dip trio, salami and cheeses, foie gras and desserts. For the guests who prefer heavy shared plates, sushi pizza, meatballs served with ligonberry jam, Gnudies (ricotta cheese dumplings with bacon, aged parmesan, wild mushrooms and sage) to entrees such as Sautéed Shrimp & Blue Cheese Grits, Prime Filet Tips with peppercorn demi served on mashed potatoes , Whole Crispy Fish and Slow Roasted Chicken to name a few are features.
 
Side items include Cast Iron Potatoes which are served crispy with caramelized onion and tomato jam, and Pepper Greens which combine sautéed baby spinach with roasted garlic, extra virgin olive oil and chili flakes.
 
Dee Lincoln’s Tasting Room & Bubble Bar features many state-of-the-art components. For instance, the lounge showcases the first Flute machine in the country dispensing champagne at the perfect temperature allowing guests to enjoy “bubbles by the ounce.”
 
The innovative concept also invites wine lovers to experience tasting as little as two ounces of wine from around the globe to enjoying the excitement of a 6 oz. Glass. 
 
And for those who prefer spirits, Lincoln offers a unique selection of hand-crafted and calorie conscious cocktails as well as a full bar. The patio is cigar friendly.
 
Designed by Caroline Jones, the ambience is sleek and sexy.  Described by leading interior designers as “the best in modern lighting,” three tiers of custom-made bubble chandeliers designed in Venice are suspended 22-feet in the air.  Lincoln personally designed her custom flooring mixing all the finishes including mirrors, mother of pearl and shades of brown to create the terrazzo floor. The magenta and chocolate brown zebra carpeting was designed in Europe. Low modern Italian leather sofas with matching low tables accent the lounge’s comfortable setting.
 
The signature artwork by Artist Peter O’Neil depict beautiful women in different moods including “Making Her First Move,” “His Shirt, His House, My Boots,” “Dirty Martini,” and “McCamy: Black Dress.”
