DEE LINCOLN'S TASTING ROOM & BUBBLE BAR

Dee Lincoln teamed up with the Dallas Cowboys, Legends Hospitality Management and her brother, Ricky Comardelle, to open a state-of-the-art, high-end wine, martini and champagne lounge, Dee Lincoln’s Tasting Room & Bubble Bar, at Cowboys Stadium.



“Dee Lincoln’s Tasting Room & Bubble Bar is a wonderful partnership at Cowboys Stadium. Dee is one of Dallas’ unique personalities who is very magnetic and makes everyone feel right at home. We are thrilled to have her at Cowboys Stadium,” said Stephen Jones.

The innovative concept affords guests the opportunity to explore the experience of tasting as little as two ounces of famous wines to enjoying the excitement of a full 6 oz. glass. She also serves “Game Day Features” that include cocktails such as the “Snappy Mary” martini with Cajun spiced rim garnished with jumbo shrimp and classic mimosas.

The 1,000 square-foot lounge is sleek and sexy featuring white and chocolate brown Italian leathers with floor-to-ceiling white leather banquets. The mirrored accents decorate port holes at the entrance and columns throughout the room to create an ambiance of shimmering silver. Crisp white bubble walls accent the contemporary setting.

The Tasting Room features a line-up of 48 wines which can be purchased by the 2 oz., 4 oz. or 6 oz. According to Lincoln, the high-end Tasting Room concept is the first in a sports arena anywhere in the world housing self-service, high-end wine machines from Italy which deliver the wines at the perfect temperature. Her unique concept invites wine lovers to “Experience Wines By The Ounce.” If you are a wine lover, this is the place to come.

Dee Lincoln’s tasting menu is divided into sections including: “Dee Vine Wines,” “White Stars,” “Mixed Company,” “Legendary Reds,” and “Dee’s Personal Friends” (so named because of her personal relationships with Napa Valley.) Each game, new wines debut and hospitable sommeliers work the room educating guests on unique wine selections.

Lincoln invites vintners to make appearances at Dallas Cowboys’ games including Dan Duckhorn, Darioush Khaledi, Doug Shafer, Beth Nickel and Steve Reynolds to name a few. She also has surprise appearances by former Dallas Cowboy players and other celebrities.

We selected to partner with Dee Lincoln because she is one of the most experienced in the country at understanding a luxury brand. Dee Lincoln and her team created the martini recipes which run from $13-$15. Favorites include the “D’Legend,” classic vodka or gin with bleu cheese and jalapeno olives; the “Silver and Blue,” which combines Bombay Sapphire with Cointreau and Lillet Blanc with blueberry; as well as the “Deetox Tini,” a mixture of blueberry vodka, pomegranate juice and St. Germain. "Ricky's Waterboy" is in high demand and all martinis are served by hospitable bartenders.

The champagne list of “Bubbles By The Glass” is priced from $12 - $20 featuring a Champagne Cocktail; Kir Royale, J Cuvee 20, Etoile Rose and Veuve Clicquot among others.

Dee Lincoln’s Tasting Room & Bubble Bar is located on the Silver Suite Level accessed by suite owners and fans with “C” club tickets.
